Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Your order is received by Auburn Tires N Wheels.
2. The shop places the order with its tire vendor/supplier.
3. When the tires arrive, we contact you to schedule in-person installation.

Because tires are sourced specifically for your order, our return and cancellation rules depend on the fulfillment stage.

No returns after installation. Once installation has begun, the tires are considered used and cannot be returned or resold.

If you suspect an error (e.g., incorrect size or product), please contact us before installation so we can help resolve the issue.

You may cancel your order any time before installation begins.

a) Cancellations due to our mistake

• Wrong size/product ordered on your behalf
• Vendor unavailability or unexpected delay
• Obvious pricing/listing error

→ You will receive a full refund, including Stripe processing fees.

b) Other cancellation reasons

• Change of mind or purchase elsewhere
• Incorrect details submitted at checkout

→ We’ll refund the order minus Stripe’s non-refundable processing fees(typically around 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction; actual fees depend on your card, country, and Stripe’s current rates).

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Once approved, funds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

• Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

• Installed tires
• Mounting, balancing, alignment, and other performed services
• Special-order or custom-fit products once sourced

Please reach out with your order number and details. We’ll confirm order status (e.g., vendor sourced/shipped, appointment scheduled) and next steps.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operations, vendor processes, or payment processor rules. The revised version will be posted here with a new Last updated date.
